The IAB is one of the leading interactive advertising associations on the Web. Its activities include evaluating and recommending guidelines and best practices, researching the effectiveness of various interactive media as well as educating the traditional advertising industry about its use.
IAB membership includes companies that actively sell interactive advertising and marketing products. Membership costs are steep at $7,000 per year.
