Marketing Mix

Also known as the Four P's, marketing mix is the strategic blending of a company's product or service, price, place and promotion.

More specifically:

Product (or Service) -- this fills the needs and wants.

Price -- a critical factor for getting buyers and ensuring a profit.

Place -- this is where the customer and the supplier "meet" for a commercial transaction to occur. For example, a retail store in a mall or a website on the Internet.

Promotion -- activities that inform potential customers of your offer such as advertising, direct mail, etc.

Use the guiding principle of the Four P's in your quest for Online marketing success.
